Heated Hose FAQ

PTFE or Stainless Steel Heated Hose?
If your application requires a higher pressure rating, you may need to go with stainless steel. PTFE is commonly used in applications that require your hose to be flexible, such as a paint sprayer lines.

Braided Polyester or Silicone Coated Jacket?
Braided polyester is used in general use environments where it may get wet, but nothing corrosive. Silicone coated jackets are used in corrosive environments and around chemicals.

What is the "Economy Line" Hoses?
These are for general purpose applications where hoses need to be extra flexible, and don't require higher heat. They are for general purpose environments only.

What Is The Maximum Length Heated Hose You Can Build?
We have built heated hoses up to 300'

What Is The Largest Diameter Hose?
We build them from 3 to 16 ID
